Shipping & Returns

Free In-store Pickup Option:

Orders are delivered to store locations once a week as follows: Wasilla- Tuesday, Palmer- Tuesday, Eagle River- Wednesday.  Order must be placed by 8 a.m. Monday for Wasilla and Palmer, or 8 a.m. Tuesday for Eagle River to be delivered that week. You will receive a text message when your order is ready for pick-up.

Shipping to U.S. and U.S. Military:

  • All products are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
  • Valid USPS addresses only.
  • The shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on shipping location and weight of products ordered.  Options are both Priority and Ground Advantage Shipping rates.
  • Shipping times can be 1-3 weeks from Alaska when using Ground Advantage (despite the shipping estimates by USPS).  Please consider those shipping times when choosing Ground Advantage.
  • Customers will be charged additional shipping charges for all orders returned due to providing an incorrect address. 

Shipping to Canada:

  • Shipping charges and carrier are selected and calculated at checkout. 
  • Customers will be charged additional shipping charges for all orders returned due to providing an incorrect address. 
  • Duties/Taxes/Tariffs are the responsibility of the customer upon receiving package, we do not have that included in our product or shipping costs.

Alaska Chicks Company is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen while in shipping via USPS, or any Canadian carrier, including after delivery.  Any such issues need to be addressed by the customer by filling an insurance claim at the post office, or other Canadian carrier.

Returns/Exchanges:

At Alaska Chicks Company, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with refunds or exchanges.   

Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase/delivery for a refund of the product purchase price or an exchange (shipping charges are not refunded). Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment when possible. Purchases made online or in-store can be returned or exchanged at any of our retail locations.  The following rules apply:

Product must meet following criteria for exchange (must be in brand new, re-sellable condition)-

  • TAGS ATTACHED
  • UNWORN/UNWASHED
  • FREE OF: PET HAIR, MAKEUP/DEODORANT STAINS, AND PERFUME/CIGARETTE SMELL 

Online-   Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and will be charged additional shipping for exchanges to be sent out (except if the exchange is a result of our error on your order or a defective item).  Additional shipping charges are based on the weight of the item being exchanged.

In-Store-
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refunds.  If you are a member of our Rewards Program, we may be able to look up your transaction in our system.  If no receipt is available, the item(s) may be exchanged. Or, at the manager's discretion, a store credit may be issued at the current selling price.
