I sent this book as a gift for a newborn. The grandmother read it and said it was a sweet, well-written story. (I would like to add that I wish it had been shipped with a piece of cardboard or some sort of support. The book arrived with a crease in its spine; it had been bent in the mail. I tried to flatten it, but it still had a crease.)
